Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Regional Sales Manager (East) at SAY Rooms & Homes. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies in the Eastern region, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and acquire new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and ensuring revenue growth through successful sales initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional skills in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong relationship-building and Account Management skills, with the ability to identify and nurture client needs
  • Solid knowledge of Market Analysis and Strategic Planning to drive regional sales strategies
  • Exemplary leadership and Team Management skills to support and inspire the sales team
  • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation to effectively engage with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry is a significant advantage
  • Availability to work on-site and willingness to travel within the regional area.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with prior experience in business development and client management.
  • Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry, preferably with on-ground experience in similar roles or markets.
  • Effective communication, time management, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Analytical thinking to interpret market data and trends, supporting strategic decision-making. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other software relevant to sales and reporting.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel frequently within the designated area to meet with partners and clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred)
