Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and driven professionals to lead business growth and field teams at a state or regional level. You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, managing a team of field executives, and driving customer success in your region.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives and account managers.
  • Drive team productivity and ensure adherence to KPIs.
  • Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews.

Business Development & Sales

  • Own regional sales targets.
  • Implement strategies to grow the company's client base.
  • Build strong SME relationships.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives.

Operations & Market Insights

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Present data-driven insights and report performance to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience (B2B/Ed-Tech/SaaS/startups preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and execution skills.
