Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead, drive, and
Execute the sales & distribution strategy across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will
have strong experience in Regional Sales within the innerwear, hosiery, apparel, or textile
industry, with a proven track record of managing distributor networks and delivering sustained
business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and drive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and growth
targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage Area Sales Managers & field sales teams across the region.
Expand & strengthen the distributor and dealer network to ensure maximum market
penetration.
Oversee primary & secondary sales, ensuring regular orders, stock movement, and
timely collections.
Conduct market mapping, evaluate business potential, and identify new business
opportunities.
Monitor brand visibility, product placement, retail execution, and marketing activities
across the region.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business
partners.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior; share insights with
Management.
Coordinate closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth business
operations.
Ensure team productivity through effective training, performance reviews, and
continuous feedback.
Experience & Eligibility Criteria
Total Experience: 1012 years of experience as an ASM (Innerwear/Apparel industry
preferred).
Minimum 3 -5 years in a Regional Sales or equivalent leadership role managing multistate operations.
Strong experience in distributor-led sales, territory expansion, and team management.
Must have handled South or West India region in previous roles (preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business expansion.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience with leading brands such as Rupa, Lux, Dollar, Amul, Dixcy, Jockey, etc.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Highly self-driven, target-orientated, and capable of leading large geographical territories.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
