This role is built for a frontline revenue owner who understands the corporate healthcare ecosystem, especially Occupational Health Centers (OHCs), industrial sites, and large-scale workforce deployments.
You won't inherit a pipeline — you will build, own, and close it end-to-end.
Must-Have:
- 8+ years in enterprise / B2B sales
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals (₹50L–₹5Cr+)
- Experience selling into:
- Occupational Health Centers (OHC)
- Corporate healthcare / industrial safety ecosystem
- Strong network with key stakeholders in EHS, Admin, HR, Plant leadership
Good to Have:
- Experience in ambulance services / hospital partnerships / medical services
- Understanding of NABH / industrial compliance frameworks
- Prior exposure to multi-location enterprise deals
Key Responsibilities-
1. Enterprise Business Development
- Identify and penetrate large corporates, manufacturing units, refineries, EPC companies, logistics hubs, and industrial parks
- Build a strong pipeline for OHC-linked ambulance deployment and emergency response services
- Drive consultative selling aligned with compliance (NABH, Factories Act, EHS norms)
2. End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Own the full lifecycle
- Independently manage CXO-level stakeholders (HR, Admin, EHS Heads, Plant Heads)
3. Solution Selling (OHC + Ambulance Integration)
- Position Dial4242 as a strategic partner for workplace medical readiness
- Design solutions around:
- On-site ambulance deployment (BLS/ACLS)
- Emergency response protocols
- Integration with OHC operations
4. Strategic Partnerships
- Build long-term partnerships with:
- Corporate groups
- Industrial clusters
- Facility management companies
- Unlock multi-location / multi-site deals
5. Market Intelligence & Expansion
- Track regulatory and compliance-driven demand (EHS, safety audits)
- Identify new business opportunities in industrial corridors & SEZs
