Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to build market share for the Professional Division across the West region.
2. Manage and drive the performance of distributors while ensuring optimal stock levels and effective distribution.
3. Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver on set targets.
4. Establish strong relationships with key accounts, including salon chains and retailers, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify and act on growth opportunities.
6. Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and ensure financial discipline while adhering to budget allocations.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and achieve brand objectives.
8. Submit regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analyses to senior management.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG/Personal Care sector (preferably Professional division targeting salons).
2. Previous regional or territory management experience covering the West region.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategy & planning, key account management, and distributor management.
4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team.
5. Competence in financial planning, budgeting, and achieving revenue targets.
6. Analytical mindset with expertise in market intelligence and competitive analysis.
7. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
8. Strong understanding of the salon business landscape and key industry trends.
