CreatorFlux Media is the exclusive Digital talent arm of Zee, focused on end to end influencer solutions encompassing talent management, influencer marketing, creative solutions, creator-led content IP development and creation of various short and long format branded video content & podcasts. This pioneering initiative is set to redefine how creators particularly those from non-metro regions gain visibility, voice, and value on the national and global stage.

As the Regional Account Manager, you will be instrumental in monetizing the vertical by unlocking strategic brand and agency partnerships. This role demands knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, social media content strategy & management, client relationship management, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth from direct regional clients and media agencies.
You will be part of a high-energy, entrepreneurial team tasked with building a new-age digital monetization engine. The ideal candidate brings a track record of building sales pipelines, key account management, devising content strategies based on client's briefs, delivering sales targets, building client trust, working with cross-functional teams, and navigating the influencer and media buying ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and close strategic brands (Corporate/ D2C/ SMEs) and agency partnerships for influencer-led campaigns and content solutions & IPs.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Create and pitch compelling influencer-led content marketing proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Oversee brand activations in their respective regions to ensure customer success.
Client & Agency Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with marketing heads, brand teams, and media agencies. - Act as the go-to point of contact for influencer marketing solutions.
Campaign Strategy & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal content/ brand solutions, creative, and creator management teams to craft executable solutions.
- Ensure flawless execution and post-campaign reporting to build credibility and renewals.
Market Intelligence & Growth
- Stay abreast of trends in influencer marketing, digital content, and platform developments. - Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to evolve offerings.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the leadership to refine GTM strategy.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in offline & online media sales & content solutions, with at least 2 years in influencer marketing or digital platforms.
- Deep relationships with brand marketers (Corporate/ D2C/ SMEs), digital agencies, and media planners.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing mechanics and platform dynamics (YouTube,Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Moj, etc.).
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing large accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment with high ownership.
