Role OverviewAs a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and managing the sales team, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring consistent achievement of enrollment and revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Academic Counselors / Sales Executives to achieve sales and enrollment targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market expansion plans.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide actionable feedback to the team.
- Drive lead conversion through effective counseling, follow-ups, and relationship management with parents.
- Handle escalations from parents and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and onboarding processes.
- Analyze sales data, conversion ratios, and revenue trends to improve performance and forecasting.
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies, pricing structures, and compliance guidelines.
- Manage international sales operations (US / UK / AUS / ANZ / UAE markets), as required.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.

Eligibility & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 23 years of experience in sales, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education, or service-based organizations is only preferred.
- Experience handling international clients is mandatory.
