We are looking for an experiencedRegional Sales Manager (RSM)to scale our sales operations. This is afull-time, on-siteleadership position. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, strengthen dealer networks, mentor sales teams, and ensure consistent achievement of goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Expand and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
  • Identify new business opportunities and handle key account relationships.
  • Track regional market trends, competitor activities, and overall performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team and channel partners.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value commercial deals.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, timely collection, and structured reporting.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory experience in Solar, Battery, or Inverter industry.

4 8 years of proven experience in regional sales management.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Excellent understanding of solar components, energy storage, and power electronics.

Established relationships with distributors, EPC companies, and system integrators.

Target-driven with a strategic and analytical mindset.

Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
