Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager- North-1,based in New Delhi with some work from home allowed. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations in the specified region. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves analyzing market trends, reporting on sales performance, and identifying new sales opportunities. Regular travel within the region to meet with clients and stakeholders is required.

  • Market Analysis and Sales Performance Reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the skincare or natural products industry is a plus
