1. Job Purpose
To lead and drive the CESB Cards business across assigned regions by setting and executing strategic sales objectives, expanding channel partnerships, and ensuring superior product delivery. The role is pivotal in achieving growth targets, maintaining portfolio quality, and building a high-performing sales team
2. Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement regional sales strategies aligned with CESB Cards business goals.
- Drive acquisition and activation of card customers through direct and indirect channels.
- Monitor credit quality and ensure compliance with internal risk and operations protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Collections, Policy, Finance, and HR for seamless execution.
- Lead, mentor, and retain Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers to ensure consistent performance and motivation.
- Resolve escalations related to fraud alerts, customer complaints, and operational bottlenecks.
3. Dimensions
- Team Size: Varies by region typically includes multiple KAMs.
- Geographical Scope: Multi-state coverage including high-volume urban and semi-urban markets.
- Performance Metrics: Book size, profitability, delinquency rates, customer acquisition, and channel expansion
