oDrive the Gold Loan business in the assigned State, ensuring the achievement of disbursement targets.
oDevelop and implement strategies for growth and market expansion, ensuring optimal coverage of all branch catchments.
oIdentify new opportunities for New Gold customer acquisition and provide leadership to capitalize on market potential.
.Team Leadership & Management:
oDirectly manage 7-10 ASMs, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to achieve their goals.
oOversee approximately 60 Sales Managers and 600 off-roll sales executives, ensuring daily interactions with potential customers and generating sales leads and business.
oEnsure that the sales team is motivated, well-trained, and equipped with the necessary tools to meet business targets.
