Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager Sales to lead sales operations across Kerala, manage a team of BDMs & BDOs, and drive growth in premium residential and project segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Kerala
- Lead and manage Business Development Managers & Officers
- Prepare Excel-based MIS, sales reports, and forecasts
- Plan and execute regional sales strategies
- Conduct pre-appointment visits with architects and build strong professional relationships
- Develop architect, builder, and developer networks
- Track pipeline, conversions, and project closures
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Candidate Profile:
- 710 years of sales experience, including 35 years in a leadership role
- Experience in system windows / aluminium / uPVC / building materials / project sales preferred
- Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills
- Proven experience in architect-driven sales
- Willing to travel across Kerala
