Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven Area Sales Manager with proven experience in managing a large network of direct dealers in the building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing business plans at area and territory levels, focusing on sales, business development, and dealer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large number of direct dealers, ensuring growth in sales and market presence in the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly business plans (Sales & BD KRAs) for areas and territories.
  • Monitor and drive dealer performance in alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure strong dealer engagement, product availability, and brand visibility.
  • Track competition activity and identify market opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collection, billing, and credit control with dealers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, marketing, and customer service support.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance dashboards.
