Leadership: Lead a team of data modelers providing guidance and mentorship.
Data Model Design: Develop and maintain complex data models for business analysis and reporting purposes.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure models align with business objectives.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or similar to create and manage data models.
Database Management: Ensure data models are optimized for performance and scalability in Oracle and PostgreSQL environments.
Data Governance: Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve data model performance issues to enhance overall system functionality.
