Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, conducting market analysis, developing and implementing sales plans, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify sales opportunities
  • Proficiency in project management and team collaboration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in the architecture or interior design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Preffered Industry: Building Materials, Home Decor, Sanitaryware etc
