Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager for our Beverages/FMCG division. In this full-time, on-site role located in Panaji, you will be responsible for leading sales operations across the region, managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills and experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong understanding of FMCG or Beverage industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis
  • Team leadership, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to evolving market needs, and achieve targets under pressure
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Regional sales expertise and fluency in local languages are an advantage
