Regional Sales Manager (B2G Focus) – Video Analytics Platform

Role Mission

To drive government (B2G) revenue by winning large-scale public sector projects and establishing a strong presence across Smart City, ITMS, and public safety ecosystems.

Experience Required

7–15 years of experience in B2G / Government sales, preferably in:

  • Smart City / ITMS projects
  • Surveillance / CCTV / VMS / Video Analytics
  • IT Infrastructure / SaaS / AI solutions
  • PSU / Municipal / State Government engagements

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and drive government opportunities through tenders (RFPs, RFQs, GeM)
  • Manage end-to-end tender lifecycle: identification, qualification, submission, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, consultants, and system integrators
  • Drive business across Smart Cities, ITMS, Police departments, PSUs, municipalities, and state agencies
  • Collaborate with channel partners and SIs for bid participation and execution
  • Influence pre-tender positioning and contribute to specification development
  • Track upcoming projects, budgets, and policy developments within the assigned region
  • Work closely with pre-sales, product, and leadership teams to win complex bids

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience in government tendering and B2G deal closures
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes (RFP, L1/L2, QCBS, GeM, etc.)
  • Established network within Smart City SPVs, Police departments, PSUs, municipalities, and consultants
  • Proven track record of closing high-value public sector deals
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills
