Regional Sales Manager (B2G Focus) – Video Analytics PlatformRole MissionTo drive government (B2G) revenue by winning large-scale public sector projects and establishing a strong presence across Smart City, ITMS, and public safety ecosystems.
Experience Required7–15 years of experience in B2G / Government sales, preferably in:
- Smart City / ITMS projects
- Surveillance / CCTV / VMS / Video Analytics
- IT Infrastructure / SaaS / AI solutions
- PSU / Municipal / State Government engagements
Key Responsibilities- Identify and drive government opportunities through tenders (RFPs, RFQs, GeM)
- Manage end-to-end tender lifecycle: identification, qualification, submission, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, consultants, and system integrators
- Drive business across Smart Cities, ITMS, Police departments, PSUs, municipalities, and state agencies
- Collaborate with channel partners and SIs for bid participation and execution
- Influence pre-tender positioning and contribute to specification development
- Track upcoming projects, budgets, and policy developments within the assigned region
- Work closely with pre-sales, product, and leadership teams to win complex bids
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong experience in government tendering and B2G deal closures
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes (RFP, L1/L2, QCBS, GeM, etc.)
- Established network within Smart City SPVs, Police departments, PSUs, municipalities, and consultants
- Proven track record of closing high-value public sector deals
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills
