Job Description

Role: Regional Sales Manager Channel & Enterprise Sales

Location: Mumbai, NCR, Bengaluru

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales and scale the partner ecosystem across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services. This role focuses on services-led selling, building strong CXO relationships, and enabling system integrators, resellers, and OEM partners to deliver consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage channel partners and system integrators.
  • Drive services sales (cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, AI infra).
  • Lead multi-crore deal closures and manage recurring revenue streams.
  • Engage with CXOs through QBRs, workshops, and strategic reviews.
  • Ensure pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and CRM governance.

Requirements

  • 1015 years of enterprise sales experience, with strong channel ecosystem management.
  • Proven track record in multi-crore services deals and quota achievement.
  • Background in cloud, data center, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Excellent CXO engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Based in Mumbai, NCR, or Bengaluru.
