About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Solar Energy and EV Charging solutions across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Develop dealer, distributor, EPC and channel partner networks.
• Generate and close new business opportunities in Solar & EV Charging.
• Develop relationships with commercial, industrial, institutional and fleet customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Monitor market and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with technical/project teams for order execution.
• Travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of Sales/Business Development experience.
• Candidates from Solar, EV Charging, Renewable Energy or Electrical industries are strongly preferred.
• Experience in B2B, channel, dealer, EPSC or project sales is preferred.
• Good understanding of the AP & Telangana market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to travel.
