We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive channel sales for DCode hardware (barcode printers, scanners, mobile printers, POS devices). The role focuses on building and managing a dealer & sub-dealer network, boosting sales, and expanding market presence across South India.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint & manage dealers, sub-dealers, and reseller partners.
- Achieve regional sales targets through channel development.
- Drive demand in logistics, warehousing, retail & manufacturing segments.
- Execute promotional campaigns, dealer meets & product trainings.
- Track competitor activity and provide market insights.
Requirements
- 710 years sales experience (4+ years in channel sales for IT hardware/AIDC/POS).
- Strong dealer network in South India.
- Graduate (MBA preferred), excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
