Role Purpose: ( Express Business Unit)
The role is to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in a specific region. This includes developing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team and building strong relationships with new and existing clients. It also involves monitoring market trends, ensuring efficient operations, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.
KRAs:
Sales Target Achievement & Growth: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets; Drive revenue growth and expand market share in the zone.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve objectives; Provide training and development to improve team performance.
Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients to grow the business; Expand the existing client base.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals; Adjust strategies based on market trends.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports; Use data to improve sales outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, Customer Service and finance teams to align goals and improve sales.
Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and ethical standards.
Digital Transformation: Adopt digital tools to enhance sales efficiency and performance.
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Logistics, or a related field; Master Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing is an advantage
Work Experience : Overall 12+ Years of experience in Express distribution Sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing regional Sales.
