Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, managing and leading a sales team, and ensuring targets are met. This role includes overseeing sales operations within the region, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, providing training and guidance to the team, and ensuring the alignment of regional goals with the company's overall strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience developing sales strategies
  • Team management and leadership abilities, with proven experience handling sales teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical skills for assessing market trends and sales performance
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing data-driven sales processes
  • Knowledge of the skincare, dermatology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
