We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Gujrat. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in Ahmedabad and Baroda.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve team performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-15 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
