Supporting Actions

Drive Regional Business Targets Achievement for market expansion

  • Establish and communicate business targets for the assigned geography.
  • Monitor and review performance against targets regularly.
  • Take proactive measures to address deviations and ensure target achievement.
  • Scan the market for business opportunities.
  • Ensuring Adequate channel partners are on board and activated.
  • Augment the business volumes of Unsecured and secured lending, manage ABG ecosystem, channel databases and tap them through existing relationships

Foster Internal and External Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, such as the credit, operations and product
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement changes.
  • Engage with various external channel network stakeholders and drive a touch point management system for faster customer connectivity and loan processing-disbursement.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance

  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Implement necessary processes and controls to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address compliance issues.
  • Disbursement process and documentation to ensure controlled operations.
  • Proactively identify risks to maintain portfolio quality and liaise with channel partners, customers and the risk team in escalation cases, supporting coordination with systematic MIS on NPAs and credit trends.

Adoption of Digital Sales Ecosystem

  • Drive the digital transformation of the sales process in collaboration with the central product team.
  • Facilitate the rollout of new products and features to channels through CMs.
  • Implement strategies to improve the digital customer experience and increase online sales.

Building team to achieve targets

  • Onboard and manage a team of Channel Managers.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to enable CMs in achieving their targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Nominate teams for product, behavioral and negotiation trainings and work for self-development initiatives

Undertake Cross selling of ONEABC products

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional VAS and insurance products and services to Udyog Plus customers.
  • Implement cross-selling strategies and campaigns to increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
