Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Adani Wilmar will be responsible for leading and managing Modern Trade and E-commerce operations across the West Zone, encompassing three key states. This role involves a strategic balance of business development, team leadership, account management, data forecasting, and operational excellence. The RSM will drive sales performance, build strong relationships with key retail and e-commerce partners, and ensure consistent alignment with national sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations for Modern Trade and E-commerce in the West Zone.
  • Lead a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across three regional headquarters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure high fill rates and timely billing through effective delegation and coordination, maintaining a seamless balance between demand and supply.
  • Collaborate with Institutional Distributors (IDs) to align on pricing, business terms, and growth strategies.
  • Launch and oversee new business-driving initiatives within key accounts to maximize brand visibility and sales.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key buyers across modern trade accounts in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and other assigned regions.
  • Conduct regular data analysis and sales forecasting, manage primary sales projections, and ensure proper execution through the team.
  • Monitor competitive activities, suggest actionable insights, and recommend changes to maximize market share and profitability.
