- Forecast Regional sales plan
- Analyze regional sales results, retail metrics (Sales, UPT, ABV etc.) and work towards target achievement.
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers in a position to understand service requirements. Control store operations for the region - Stock loss, Expenditures, Store Operating cost etc.
- Identify hiring needs, select, and train new sales people.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Responsible for stores VM for the region.
- Discover new opportunities for growth.
- Support Store Managers & Area Managers with their day-to-day store operations. Evaluate store and individual performances for the region.
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services as per company standards.
- Ensure SOPs are being followed by all stores.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the stores by complying with legal requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Master s Degree and at least 10-12 years of working experience in a relative field Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with presenting data and incorporating it into reporting across multiple levels of the organization
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strategic, analytical and creative thinker; able to create and develop new methods for improvement
- Goal orientated: ability to stay focused on delivering results
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals across all organizational levels required.
- Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics
