Job Description
Role Purpose
The Regional Manager – Building & Construction will be responsible for pan‑India sales and business development for companies solutions in the Building Construction segment, including premium residential, commercial, mixed‑use developments, IT parks, malls, hospitals, and large township projects.
The role requires a senior, credible professional with a strong industry track record, deep relationships with leading real estate developers, EPCs, PMCs, and MEP/plumbing consultants, and the ability to drive specification-led business across India.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Own PAN‑India sales and business development for the Building & Construction segment. Drive national revenue growth by influencing projects at concept, design, tender, and execution stages. Achieve annual sales, margin, and strategic account targets.Build strong project pipelines across metros and Tier‑1 cities.
Key Developer & EPC Engagement
Establish and manage senior-level relationships with top real estate developers and construction companies, including but not limited to:
Lodha Group , Sobha Group , Kalpataru Group, Hiranandani Group
Raheja Developers (K Raheja / Raheja Universal), VTP Realty, L&T Realty
Prestige Group, Godrej Properties, DLF, Brigade Group, Tata Housing, Mahindra Lifespaces, Puravankara, Embassy Group, Oberoi Realty, Shapoorji Pallonji, etc.
Engage with EPC contractors, design-build firms, and MEP contractors involved in large-scale developments.
Consultant & Specification Management
Develop strong working relationships with MEP consultants, plumbing consultants, PMCs, and design engineers.
Drive BERMAD Product Specifications, Approvals, And Preferred-make Listings In
GFC drawings BOQs Tender and contract documents
Conduct technical presentations, CPDs, and solution workshops to strengthen consultant confidence.
Market Development & Strategy
Identify emerging market segments, regions, and key accounts within the building construction ecosystem.
Track competition, pricing trends, and project intelligence to refine strategy.
Provide structured feedback to management on market gaps, customer needs, and product positioning.
Internal & Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with internal sales, application engineering, projects, operations, and finance teams.
Support order execution, customer satisfaction, and collections for key accounts.
Mentor and support regional sales resources aligned to the building segment.
Experience
Key Requirements
10–15 years of experience in sales and business development within the Building Construction / Real Estate / MEP / Plumbing / Water management domain.
Proven track record of working with Tier‑1 developers such as Lodha, Sobha, Hiranandani, Kalpataru, Raheja, L&T Realty, VTP, or equivalent.
Strong exposure to consultant-driven and specification-based selling.
Experience managing multi‑city or pan‑India responsibilities is highly desirable.
Technical & Market Exposure
Experience With Solutions Such As
Water control & management systems
Valves, pressure management, plumbing and fire protection systems
Deep understanding of residential high-rise, commercial, IT parks, and township projects.
Skills & Competencies

Self-driven, Excellent commercial, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
Ability to independently drive a national mandate.
