Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across the South region. The candidate will lead the sales team, manage key customer relationships, and develop strategies to increase revenue in the CAD-CAM-CAE industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify market opportunities and generate leads.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and close sales deals.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a sales team of 56 members.
• Maintain accurate updates in CRM and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of sales experience in the CAD-CAM-CAE industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
