Role Description

We are seeking dynamic and result-driver Regional Sales Heads to grow our B2B travel agent network across West, North, South and Central India. The role involves driving regional revenue, strengthening trade relationships and expanding agest base.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in Account Management and Team Management, with the ability to lead and mentor sales teams effectively.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to monitor market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, especially in destination management, is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism, or a related field.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai with occasional travel as required.
