Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Head located in the Pune Division. The role involves overseeing the sales strategy and execution within the assigned region, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of key performance metrics. Core responsibilities include building and sustaining relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, managing team performance, and analyzing sales data for actionable insights to further enhance regional sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in Account Management, including client relationship building and adept handling of client portfolios
  • Strong Team Management abilities to lead, motivate, and align sales team performance with organizational goals
  • Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and develop data-driven strategies for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and achieving results
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
