Job Title: Regional Sales Head

Role Overview
The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing the regional sales strategy for SaffronStays. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring alignment with national sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals
Drive occupancy, booking value, and revenue targets across properties
Identify new revenue streams (corporate bookings, events, long stays, etc.)
Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels
2. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and scale the regional sales team
Set KPIs, track performance, and conduct regular reviews
Build a strong sales culture focused on results and customer experience
3. Market Expansion & Partnerships
Identify and onboard new B2B partners (travel agents, corporates, event planners)
Strengthen relationships with key accounts and repeat clients
Explore regional opportunities for property onboarding in collaboration with supply teams
4. Customer & Stakeholder Management
Ensure high-quality client engagement and relationship management
Handle key/high-value client negotiations and closures
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless execution
5. Data & Reporting
Analyze regional sales data, trends, and competitor activity
Provide regular reports and insights to the National Sales Head
Use CRM tools to track pipeline, forecasts, and performance

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
610+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or real estate
Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets
Experience managing teams and multi-city operations
