Education Requirement:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Prime Home Loan Sales
- At least 2+ years of experience in team handling and leadership roles
- Mandatory experience in the Prime Home Loan segment
- Proven track record in self lead generation and market acquisition
- Strong exposure to field sales operations and channel management
- Established local market network in Hyderabad (DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers preferred)
- Fluency in Telugu (spoken) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing field sales team across the Hyderabad region
- Own and deliver regional sales targets and business growth objectives
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Monitor daily field activities, pipeline management, and conversion efficiency
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs, builders, agents)
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the prime home loan segment
- Strengthen market presence and brand visibility through local networking
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
