Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: Prime Home Loan

Department: BFSI, Investments & Lending

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Category: Home Loan – Prime Segment

Education Requirement:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Prime Home Loan Sales
  • At least 2+ years of experience in team handling and leadership roles
  • Mandatory experience in the Prime Home Loan segment
  • Proven track record in self lead generation and market acquisition
  • Strong exposure to field sales operations and channel management
  • Established local market network in Hyderabad (DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers preferred)
  • Fluency in Telugu (spoken) is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing field sales team across the Hyderabad region
  • Own and deliver regional sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Monitor daily field activities, pipeline management, and conversion efficiency
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs, builders, agents)
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the prime home loan segment
  • Strengthen market presence and brand visibility through local networking
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
