Role Description

The Regional Sales Head – Northern India is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role encompasses leading and managing sales operations in Northern India, including developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and overseeing a regional sales team. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals, analyze market opportunities, and expand the company's presence within the region. Effective communication with stakeholders and fostering long-term relationships with clients are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in Account Management, including maintaining strong client relationships and understanding client requirements.
  • Strong Team Management capabilities, with experience in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify business growth opportunities, and present actionable insights.
  • Relevant educational qualifications, such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of the IT services domain or related industries is a plus.
