### *The Role*

This is a multi-dimensional role where your day-to-day will shift based on business needs. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of client acquisition and strategic research.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* *Outbound Strategy:* Execute plan calling to connect with potential partners and high-ticket clients.

* *Client Conversion:* Lead the process of turning enquiries into signed deals through persuasive communication.

* *Market Intelligence:* Extract marketing metrics (MS) and data to identify new growth opportunities.

* *R&D & Strategy:* Conduct deep research and development to help refine our business models and service offerings.

* *Onsite Execution:* Manage projects and client interactions directly from our Lucknow office.

### *What We're Looking For*

* *Elite Communication:* You are articulate, persuasive, and confident. You can command a conversation in both English and Hindi.

* *Sales Mindset:* You aren't afraid of the phone. You know how to handle objections and close a deal.

* *Analytical R&D:* You can dig deep into a market or a problem and come back with a strategic solution.

* *Adaptability:* You are comfortable with a dynamic role where your tasks change based on the project's immediate needs.

* *Location:* This is a *strictly onsite* role in Lucknow.
