As we scale our presence across the region, we are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Head to lead our sales efforts for Integrated Facilities Management Systems (IFMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) from our Mumbai operations.

The Role

This is a leadership role position for someone who can own a region and build it. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and nurturing high-value client relationships, managing key accounts, and formulating strategies that consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. You will also lead and mentor a sales team, collaborate with cross-functional teams across delivery and product, and ensure our clients see measurable value in every engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive regional sales targets for IFMS and CMMS software solutions across enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the facilities management and asset management sectors.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team towards shared revenue goals.
  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform data-driven business strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and post-sales engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IFMS, CMMS, or related facilities/asset management software systems is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in account management building and sustaining long-term client partnerships.
  • Proven team leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and scaling a sales team.
  • Strong analytical mindset comfortable reading market data, identifying trends, and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience in enterprise software sales within facilities management or asset management sectors is a distinct advantage.
