Role Description

We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Head to oversee and lead the sales operations in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time on-site role requiring strategic decision-making, business development, and team leadership. The responsibilities include managing and expanding client accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring revenue and growth targets are met. Additionally, the individual will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with the company's goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Account Management skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales Management, including strategy development, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Team Management expertise with leadership capabilities and the skill to cultivate high-performance teams.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, sales data, and customer insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably in the building materials or logistics sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and technology-driven operations is advantageous.
