Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of world-class American automation products designed specifically for the Indian market.
  • Conduct technical presentations for customers, perform detailed technical and business needs analysis, and recommend appropriate products.
  • Follow up on existing sales leads and generate new opportunities through telephone and email solicitation.
  • Execute direct sales to customers and provide necessary support to local distributors within the assigned marketing area.
  • Train distributor sales engineers on company products, applications, and sales techniques.
  • Reside within the assigned marketing area; the company has identified 75 marketing areas across India.
  • Travel extensively to customer accounts within the designated marketing area.
  • Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to promote products and expand market presence.
  • Receive training in strategic selling skills, technical product knowledge, and participate in periodic training programs in the United States.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of significant sales achievements in technical or industrial products.
  • Strong aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts.
  • Aggressive, dynamic, and confident personality with excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, capable of addressing both small and large groups.
  • Clear understanding of the sales process with eagerness to learn and apply strategic selling skills from global experts.
  • Strong communication and leadership qualities with the ability to build and maintain customer and distributor relationships.
