Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Regional Sales Director to lead and scale our business across South Asia. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise technology sales, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Edge AI
This role requires a strategic thinker and execution-driven leader who can build pipelines, close large deals, and establish long-term partnerships across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Own and deliver revenue targets across South Asia
- Define and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy
- Identify high-value opportunities in sectors like Smart Cities, Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI, and Government
2. Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Drive complex, multi-million-dollar AI and technology deals
- Engage CXOs and decision-makers with consultative selling
- Build strong sales pipelines and forecast accurately
3. AI & Technology Evangelism
- Position AI solutions (Computer Vision, Video Analytics, Edge AI, ML platforms) to customers
- Translate technical capabilities into business value
- Work closely with product and solution teams for tailored offerings
4. Partner & Ecosystem Development
- Build and manage relationships with system integrators, OEMs, and channel partners
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners
- Expand partner ecosystem across South Asia
5. Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing regional sales teams
- Establish performance metrics and drive accountability
- Foster a culture of innovation and execution
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competition, market trends, and emerging technologies
- Provide insights to influence product roadmap and strategy
Key Requirements
Experience
- 12–18+ years in enterprise technology sales
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in South Asia markets
- Experience selling AI/analytics/video intelligence solutions is highly desirable
Skills
- Strong understanding of AI ecosystem (Computer Vision, ML, Edge AI)
- Excellent CXO-level communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deal structures
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Leadership
- Experience in building and managing regional sales teams
- Strong partner and channel management expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business qualification
- Experience working with global technology companies or startups
- Established network in South Asia enterprise and government sectors
