Job Overview
We are seeking a 10 years experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems across our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and data engineering. This role requires a blend of technical excellence, strategic thinking, and innovation to deliver scalable AI solutions that drive business growth
Roles and Responsibilities
AI Model Development
- Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Develop NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and generative AI solutions.
- Fine‑tune and deploy large language models for business applications.
Data Analysis & Engineering
- Perform data pre-processing, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training.
- Collaborate with data engineers to create efficient data pipelines.
Generative AI & Automation
- Build AI‑driven automation tools, chatbots, recommendation engines, and intelligent agents.
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies and frameworks to improve solution quality.
MLOps & Deployment
- Deploy AI models to production environments using cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows and monitor model performance.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance of AI solutions.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
- Provide guidance on AI strategy, best practices, and potential use cases.
- Document models, processes, and technical specifications.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Keras, Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical methods.
- Hands‑on experience with NLP, LLMs, transformers, computer vision, or generative AI.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and big data tools (Pandas, Spark, etc.).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams. Good To Have Skills
- Experience with Generative AI (GPT, diffusion models, GANs)
- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning
- Familiarity with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs)
- Advanced MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, BentoML)
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Cloud-native AI deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Additional programming languages (C++, Java, Go)
- Real-time data processing tools (Kafka, Spark Streaming)
- Understanding of XAI (SHAP, LIME) and Responsible AI
- Experience reading/implementing research papers
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
- Strong presentation and technical storytelling skills
