Designation: Regional Director - North

Department: Sales

Position Goals & Objectives:

Sales is one of the fastest paced functions at Smartworks. We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and high-energy Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and accelerate the growth of sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve annual sales targets and expand our customer base by implementing a competitive marketing strategy, within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by identifying and solving client issues strategically.
  • Relationship management and networking with the city heads and MDs of channel partners like IPC's/DPC's.
  • Assist in the Real Estate shortlisting and acquisition for the region.
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Attract and mentor team to become high performing contributors.
  • Working with various internal colleagues to select, evaluate, and deliver opportunities for growth.

Skills & Qualification Required:

  • Minimum 15 + years of sales experience, in Commercial Real Estate with a developer/IPC/Real estate Fund
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Market Research/Analysis
