Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the BFSI sales organizationfor the region
- Own regional revenue, bookings, and growth targets
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance enterprise sales team
- Drive strategic account planning and executive engagement at CXO level
- Oversee large, complex deal pursuits and key negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and channel leadership
- Provide accurate forecasting and executive reporting
- Represent the company at industry events and customer forums
Required Experience & Skills
- 20+ years of total sales experience
- 10+ years of proven team management and leadership experience
- Minimum 8 years of cyber security OEM sales experience
- Deep expertise in BFSI enterprise sales
- Strong quota-carrying background with consistent overachievement
- Experience selling enterprise software and security solutions
- Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Established CXO relationships within BFSI sector
- Experience scaling regional sales teams
- Bachelor's degree MBA strongly preferred
