REGIONAL PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Job Description :

.Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates and maximize recovery in the assigned region.

.Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions in the assigned region.

.Lead a team of Portfolio Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve collection targets.

.Coordinate with Zonal Portfolio Managers to align strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

.Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Operations and Legal departments to streamline processes and resolve escalated cases.

.Conduct regular reviews and audits of collection processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

.Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies including Collection Agencies and Legal Advisors to facilitate recovery efforts.
