Regional Manager : Reverse Logistics (West)
We are looking 7+yrs for experience in logistics (5+yrs in reverse logistics is preferable)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing overall Reverse Logistic Process.
- To ensure timely pickups from customers by coordinating with logistic partners.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- To engage with multiple stakeholders for network-wide program implementation.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- To coordinate development of tech products with the product team in line with the process requirements.
- Expansion of Open pickups (Doorstep QC) by aligning existing partners / on-boarding new partners.
- Managing customer experience matrix in Reverse Logistics leg.
- Quality Centre Operations.
- Managing Return to shipper shipments and to work continuously on improvement in seller experience.
- Managing seller disputes, identification of gaps and to ensure continuous improvement.
- Managing team and work towards having superior customer as well as seller experience.
- Vendor On-boarding and Vendor Management in reverse Leg.
- Managing overall PNL in Reverse Leg and drive cost saving initiatives.
- Analysis of Operational Reports for its region/reverse operations & coordinating with team.
- Improve the TAT - Need to minimize the TAT failure and plan strategies accordingly.
