Prabhu Money Transfer Pvt. Ltd. provides Indo-Nepal remittance services in full compliance with banking regulations. We specialize in facilitating safe, fast, and reliable money transfers for Nepalese migrant workers living in India.

With a strong commitment to financial inclusion, we are expanding ourpresence across India (PAN India) to make it easier for the Nepalese community to send money home. Our goal is to build a trusted and accessible remittance network that supports the needs of Nepalese migrants and strengthens cross-border financial connectivity between India and Nepal.

Role Description

* Drive new agent onboarding by identifying, evaluating, and activating potential partners, ensuring proper documentation, training, and smooth integration into the system

* Actively work on the expansion of the Indo-Nepal remittance network, increasing agent coverage and transaction footprint across the region

* Develop and implement localised marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the target audience and business goals

* Plan and execute on-ground activities such as promotional drives, retailer meets, awareness campaigns, and branding initiatives to boost visibility and engagement

* Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing agents and partners through regular visits, meetings, and continuous support

* Identify inactive or low-performing agents and take corrective actions to improve their performance and productivity

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in fintech, financial services, or remittance industry
• Graduation in any stream
• Strong understanding of marketing and basic market research
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of local geographical area and market dynamics
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a field-based, on-site role
