Description
Our client is a well-established international food ingredients company seeking a Regional Marketing Manager based in Singapore. This position supports business growth across Southeast Asia by translating global marketing strategies into impactful regional initiatives while strengthening customer engagement and market presence.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the APAC Head of Marketing, you will lead the execution of marketing initiatives across Southeast Asian markets. You will adapt global campaigns for regional relevance, develop compelling marketing collateral and create customer-focused content that communicates the value of the company's ingredient solutions. The role includes partnering closely with the commercial team through customer meetings, presenting market and industry trends, supporting customer engagement activities and strengthening commercial conversations. You will also plan and manage regional trade shows, exhibitions and marketing events from concept through execution, while monitoring campaign effectiveness and market developments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, with at least 7 years of B2B marketing experience within the food ingredients or flavours industry. You are an independent and mature marketing professional with excellent storytelling and communication skills, supported by strong analytical abilities. You are comfortable engaging directly with customers, collaborating with sales teams and managing multiple regional projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
