Regional Marketing Manager (Oral Care), APAC

The Regional Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the long-term strategic growth of the Oral Care business across APAC. This role combines category leadership, commercial marketing and business development activation to unlock growth opportunities with key customers

Working in close partnership with the Business Development Direct, Global Oral Care Marketing Head and cross-functional teams, the role will lead proactive opportunity creation, customer engagement and innovation initiatives that translate consumer and market insights into commercial success.

This is a highly visible regional role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with accountability for business growth, customer conversion and capability building.

The Position:

Strategic Growth & Business Planning

  • Partner closely with the Business Development Director and Global Oral Care Marketing Head to share and execute the regional growth strategy for the oral care business
  • Develop and drive the annual marketing operating plan, ensuring strong execution against agreed business priorities, growth ambitions and strategic initiatives
  • Continuously analyse portfolio performance, customer dynamics, brand activity and market developments to identify growth opportunities, defend existing business and strengthen competitive positioning
  • Build and maintain deep category expertise through active tracking of product launches, ingredient innovations, consumer trends and emerging lifestyle or functional narratives relevant to oral care.

Opportunity Creation & Customer Engagement

  • Lead the development of proactive category selling stories, innovation platforms and strategic customer initiatives that generate new business opportunities across global, regional and local accounts
  • Design and facilitate high-impact client workshops, co-creation sessions and innovation engagements that translate insights into commercially relevant solutions
  • Develop compelling category presentations and immersive storytelling that demonstrate expertise in consumer, market, brand and sensorial trends to inspire customer growth
  • Initiate and activate ready-to-sell concepts and innovation toolkits in collaboration with commercial and technical teams to accelerate business conversion

Commercial Delivery & Business Execution

  • Own the management of assigned client briefs from opportunity identification through project activation, ensuring effective prioritization, execution excellence and delivery against targeted win rates
  • Partner closely with sales, creation and cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer neds into winning concepts and commercially successful solutions

Knowledge Management & Capability Building

  • Drive excellence in knowledge management including product launch databases, presentation libraries, digital marketing tools and reusable commercial assets to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Leverage global tools, networks and best practices to elevate regional capacity and customer engagement effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in flavors, fragrances, personal care or adjacent categories preferred
  • Strong exposure to regional Asia markets and customer-centric mindset
  • Experience working with multinational clients and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into commercial opportunities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, self-starter and driven personality
  • Comfortable with business travels based on projects/clients needs
  • Ability to handle stakeholder management, work on tight & pressured timelines
  • Is proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools will be an added advantage.
  • Prior leadership experience will be an added advantage
