Role Overview:
We're looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused marketer who is excited about building memorable consumer experiencesand equally excited about understanding what works and why.
This role blends creativity with commercial thinking. You'll help create cool events, activations, merchandise, and on-ground experiences, while also learning how to think funnel, track leads, and measure acquisition effectiveness.
Perfect for someone who wants to build brands, delight consumers, and grow into a strong, data-aware marketer.
What You'll Do
Consumer Experiences & Activations
Execute on-ground marketing activations, events, pop-ups, society activities, and local engagements.
Help design and deliver delightful consumer experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
Work on creative merchandise, giveaways, and brand assets that consumers love.
Support branch branding and visibility initiatives to improve walk-ins and local recall.
Funnel Thinking & Campaign Execution
Support execution of regional BTL campaigns with a clear understanding of the marketing funnel.
Track and report funnel metrics such as:
Leads generated
Cost per lead (CPL)
Cost per acquisition / conversion
Coordinate with sales and branch teams to ensure leads are actioned and converted.
Help identify what's working (and what's not) to improve campaign efficiency over time.
Creativity & Idea Building
Contribute fresh, creative ideas for activations, consumer experiences, and engagement formats.
Stay updated on new experiential formats, events, and consumer trends.
Help localize national campaigns into high-impact, on-ground executions.
Execution, Coordination & Learning
Work closely with vendors, agencies, printers, fabricators, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
Be hands-on on the groundsolving problems, managing details, and making things happen.
Learn how to manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and compliance.
Prepare reports and dashboards for campaign performance.

Skills & Experience
35 years of experience in BTL, events, activations, experiential or regional marketing.
Understanding (or strong interest) in marketing funnels and performance tracking.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Education & Language
Master's Degree (Marketing preferred).
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of regional / local language is a plus, not mandatory.
