Job Description

  • Strategize, plan, implement, and manage corporate marketing strategy for the designated region
  • Create and manage the annual regional marketing budget and ensure effective utilization
  • Identify scheduling, media split, budget, and resource needs for short- and long-term campaigns
  • Provide strategic insights through market research, competitive analysis, forecasts, and campaign results
  • Collaborate with regional business teams to develop and execute branding strategies for new and existing courses
  • Ensure consistent and strong brand messaging across all marketing channels
  • Plan and execute ATL and BTL promotions, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Interact with marketing vendors, event organizers, and institutional management for campaign success
  • Coordinate with the corporate digital marketing team for regional digital engagement
  • Develop media relations strategy and secure high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
  • Train and build capabilities of branch managers and regional sales heads in regional marketing initiatives, vendor management, and market positioning

Knowledge & Key Skills

  • Leadership skills and ability to prioritize and set goals
  • Experience in executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in social and earned media
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google AdWords, and CRM systems
  • Strong business acumen and innovative thinking
  • Proven ability to identify target audiences and lead engaging cross-channel campaigns
  • Comfort with data, metrics, and spreadsheets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
