Job Description
We are looking for a high-octane Regional Manager for our B2B2C vertical. In this role, you won't just close a deal with a university; you will unlock a gateway to thousands of students, ensuring our AI solutions land in the hands of the next generation of professionals.
- Expanded B2B2C Responsibilities1. Strategic Partnerships & RevenueDevelop and execute regional B2B2C sales strategies to land Elite university accounts.
- Negotiate and close multimillion-rupee contracts with academic leadership (VCs, Directors, Placement Heads).
- Own the regional revenue target, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
2. Campus Drives & Student Acquisition
- Execute High-Impact Drives: Lead on-campus awareness campaigns and recruitment-style drives to register thousands of students onto the WeXL AI platform.
- Student Evangelism: Deliver high-energy presentations and demos that convince students of the real-world career impact of our AI assessments.
- Event Leadership: Represent WeXL AI at major campus forums and education conferences to build a pipeline of student users.
3. Onboarding & Student Orientation
- Lead Orientations: Design and conduct mass student orientation sessions (both virtual and in-person) to ensure a seamless transition from signed up to active user.
- Adoption Success: Build and manage a roadmap for student onboarding, ensuring every student understands how to leverage FluentEdge for their career growth.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the student/university back to our product team to refine our B2C offerings.
Your Edge: The Ideal Profile
- Experience: 4–8 years in B2B2C, EdTech, or SaaS sales with a proven track record of managing large-scale student/consumer distributions.
- The Drive Mindset: You are not just a closer; you are an operator who thrives on the logistics of conducting campus-wide drives and orientation programs.
- Exceptional Communication: Public speaking skills to command an auditorium of 500+ students and the professional polish to negotiate with a Vice Chancellor.
