Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager - Sales with a strong background in the racking or storage industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing a sales team, and overseeing all operational aspects to achieve sales targets. You will be instrumental in conducting market analysis, building key client relationships, and driving significant growth across your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive Regional Strategy to drive sales and market penetration. You will provide strong Team Leadership and guidance to the sales force, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Sales & Client Management: Take ownership of Sales Performance for the region, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded. You will be responsible for Client Management, building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Operational Oversight & Analysis: Provide operational Oversight for all regional sales activities. You will conduct thorough Market Analysis and competitor research to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Business Development: Actively engage in business development to expand the client base and market share.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully managing regional sales operations and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in a management role within the racking or related industry is a must.
  • A solid understanding of racking systems and storage solutions is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.
